She has played a pivotal role in numerous events and initiatives, including organizing the Women's Celebration in 2019, the Latino Forum in 2021, and the Biden/Harris Rally in 2020. Her expertise and commitment extend to various positions she has held over the years, reflecting her dedication to public service and community empowerment.

Deb's public service began with her appointment to the Greeley Human Relations Commission in 2017. That same year, she became the Public Relations Director for Hispanic Women of Weld County and founded the Latino Coalition of Weld County, where she also served as Public Relations Director. In 2023, she took on the role of Secretary for Servicios Segue. Her leadership abilities were further recognized with her appointment to the Colorado Judicial Institute board in 2021 and a prestigious appointment to the Colorado Supreme Court Nominating Commission by Governor Jared Polis in 2018. In 2022, she made history as the first Latina appointed by Governor Polis as the State Fair Commissioner for Colorado's new Congressional District 8.

Her influence extends to behavioral health, serving on the North Range Behavior board since 2019, and she remains a dedicated advocate for the Democratic Party, holding the positions of First Chair and Outreach for Weld Dems since 2019, as well as First Chair for CD8. Deb has been instrumental in several political campaigns, including those of Yara Zokaie in 2024, Rhonda Solis in 2023, Jared Polis in 2017 and 2021, and Stacy Suniga in 2017 and 2019.

Stacy Suniga, Owner and Partner at BST Strategies, has a remarkable history of entrepreneurship, public service, and community advocacy, making her an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients. At just 26, Stacy launched her career as a small business entrepreneur, demonstrating early on her passion for leadership and innovation. In 2001, she founded and served as the Executive Director of a non-profit homeless shelter dedicated to supporting families with children, highlighting her commitment to social causes and community support. She has also played a pivotal role in numerous events and initiatives, including organizing the Women's Celebration in 2019, the Latino Forum in 2021, and the Biden/Harris Rally in 2020.

Her public service career includes her role as a Commissioner for the Greeley Urban Renewal Authority starting in 2015, and in 2018, she was elected as an At-Large member of the Greeley City Council. Recognizing her expertise and dedication to environmental issues, Governor Jared Polis appointed Stacy to the Colorado Regional Air Quality Council (RAQC) in 2019. Furthering her impact on community advocacy, she founded and became President of the Latino Coalition of Weld County in 2020.

In 2021, Governor Polis appointed Stacy as a Director of the Non-Attainment Air Pollution Mitigation Enterprise at the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), acknowledging her influence and dedication to environmental concerns. Through her multifaceted roles, Stacy Suniga exemplifies a profound commitment to enhancing her community and fostering positive change.

Lisa Chollet, Owner and Partner at BST Strategies, is a seasoned leader with a diverse background in public service, community involvement, and business. Currently, she serves as the Chair of the Colorado Democratic Party’s 4th Congressional District and Vice Chair of Legislative Affairs for the Colorado Democratic Party’s Rural Initiative, both positions held since 2023. Her dedication to local governance is reflected in her roles as a Town of Wellington Planning Commissioner since 2022, a Larimer County Planning Commissioner, and a member of the Larimer County Board of Adjustments since 2023.

Lisa's commitment to education and infrastructure is evident through her long-standing involvement with the Poudre School District. She has served on the Poudre School District Budget Advisory Board since 2014 and co-chaired the District Accountability Committee from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, she has been an active member of the Town of Wellington Water & Sewer Advisory Board since 2021. As the Chair and Executive Director of the non-profit Safe Routes to School in Wellington, Colorado, Lisa has championed safer and more accessible routes for students.

An entrepreneur since 2014, Lisa has successfully consulted in the construction industry and owned an e-commerce business. Her political acumen extends to campaign management and finance, having served as Compliance/Treasurer for several Colorado candidates. In 2022, she ran as a candidate for Colorado House District 65, demonstrating her passion for legislative advocacy.
